Delete your QueCare account
This page is for parents and patients who use the QueCare app, website or WhatsApp service.
In the app
- Open QueCare and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tap Yes, delete to confirm.
What happens
- Your upcoming visits and bookings are cancelled. A visit already with the doctor is finished by the clinic.
- Your name, mobile number, e-mail, saved children, push tokens, notifications and reminders are deleted, and you are signed out on every phone.
- Past visits stay in the clinic's records as "Deleted user", without your name, number, your child's name or the reason you typed.
- This happens straight away and cannot be undone. If you sign in again with the same number later, you start a new, empty account.

Delete without the app
Confirm your mobile number with a code we send by SMS, then delete the account.

Upcoming visits will be cancelled and your details removed. This cannot be undone.
Your account has been deleted.
Can't receive the code?
E-mail support@quecaresolutions.com from any address with the subject "Delete my QueCare account" and your mobile number. We will confirm it is your number before deleting, and reply within [__] days.
